Shipping Instructions: All shipments should include the word “Transit,” our company name, ship name, and IMO number on the shipping label.
For Different Transport Types:
- Air Freight: Istanbul Airport should be used as the destination.
- Road Freight: Yalova, Yalova Warehouse should be used as the destination.
- Sea Freight: Ambarlı, Gemlik, Derince, Gebze, or Haydarpaşa ports should be used as the destination.
After shipment, please email the bill of lading, air waybill, and commercial invoice to us to expedite the customs process and ensure fast delivery to your ship.
Delivery Time: Once the original documents are provided, we typically deliver spare parts to the ships within two business days. Please note that customs operations are closed on weekends and public holidays.
